Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) are retained for security and diagnostics.

To measure which advertising produces genuine enquiries, by reporting the conversion back to Google Ads against the click identifier.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details to third parties.

We do not pass your enquiry to a lead broker or auction it to other locksmiths.

We do not send marketing email or SMS unless you have asked us to.

Our customer relationship system, which stores the enquiry so a dispatcher can act on it.

Google Ads, which receives the conversion event tied to the advertising click — not your name, phone number or message.

Our email provider, in order to deliver the confirmation to you and the alert to our dispatcher.

The site uses Google Ads tags to measure which advertising clicks lead to a call or a form submission. These place cookies in your browser and can be blocked through your browser settings without preventing you from using the site or calling us.

The site does not run advertising retargeting pixels from social networks.

You can ask us to delete the details you submitted at any time by emailing office@qlocksmithservice.com or calling (888) 571-4443.

You can request a copy of what we hold about you using the same contact details.

Requests are actioned within a reasonable period and at no cost.

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it to do the work.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date below. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
