Why we publish starting prices at all
Plenty of locksmiths advertise a $19 or $29 call-out and then rebuild the number at your door once you are already stuck. We would rather show a realistic floor and hold to the quote. If a company will not give you a total on the phone, that is the signal to hang up.
- Quoted before dispatch, not at your door
- No charge if we cannot complete the job
- Hardware cost shown separately, never buried
- 7 payment methods accepted
Pricing questions
Still not sure? Call (888) 571-4443 — a real dispatcher will tell you what the job involves before anyone is sent out.
What is the $49 service call for?
+
It covers getting a licensed technician and a fully stocked van to your location — the drive, the tools and the diagnosis. The work itself is quoted on top of it and agreed with you before anything starts.
Is the starting price what I will actually pay?
+
It is the honest floor for that job with standard hardware in normal conditions. What moves it is the hardware grade, how many doors or cylinders are involved, the vehicle, and the hour. Because of that, the dispatcher quotes the whole job on the phone before a van is sent — so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
+
After-hours calls can carry a premium, and we tell you that on the phone before dispatch, not at your door. We are open 24 hours Sunday through Thursday and Saturday; Friday runs 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
What if the lock has to be drilled?
+
We avoid it. Most lockouts open by picking or bypass, which leaves the lock working. If a cylinder genuinely has to come out we tell you the cost of the replacement first and fit the new one on the spot, so you are never left with an open door.
How do I pay?
+
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo. You get a receipt for the work either way.
Do you give quotes over the phone?
+
Yes, and we prefer to. Tell us the service, the property or vehicle and the hardware and we will give you the price before you commit to anything. That conversation costs nothing.
