What happened?
Pick the situation and we'll show you exactly what the job involves, what it costs and how fast we can be there.
The call that can't wait until morning
Lockouts do not keep business hours. Neither do we. One number reaches a live dispatcher who confirms your address, quotes the job before dispatch, and sends the nearest stocked van — not an answering service that calls you back in the morning.
- Live person, any hour
- Price agreed before dispatch
- Non-destructive entry first
- Most jobs finished on visit one
Residential, commercial, automotive
Fourteen services, all of them done from the van — so most jobs finish on the first visit instead of turning into a second appointment.
House Lockout Service
Back inside without a broken door.
Car Lockout Service
Doors open without touching the paint or the weatherstrip.
Business & Office Lockout
Open the doors before you lose the day's revenue.
Lock Rekeying
Every old key stops working. The hardware stays.
Lock Change & Replacement
New hardware, correctly fitted to the door you actually have.
Keyless Entry & Smart Locks
Codes instead of keys — installed so the door still closes right.
Car Key Replacement
A working key at your car, for a fraction of the dealer bill.
Ignition Repair & Replacement
When the key goes in but nothing turns.
What it costs, before we roll
A $49 service call brings a licensed technician and a stocked van to you. The work is quoted on top of that and agreed before anything starts.

What our customers actually say

“When we moved into our new place, we called Chaim to rekey the locks. He was quick, professional, and very helpful. He also adjusted the doors, and they now close and lock more smoothly. Highly recommend using Q 24/7.”

Maryland
74 areasBaltimore
32 areas
Fifteen years of doors in the same three markets
Knowing the area is not a slogan for a mobile trade. It is the difference between a 25-minute arrival and an hour, and between recognising a 1940s Baltimore rowhouse mortise on sight and going back to the van for parts.
We diagnose the door, not just the lock
Most "broken" locks are a settled door or a drifted strike. Fixing the cause is why our repairs hold.
One price, agreed before dispatch
The quote you get on the phone is the quote you pay. No discovery fees at the doorstep.
Stocked to finish on visit one
Cylinders, blanks, programmers and hardware ride in the van, so a rekey does not become a return trip.
We tell you when you do not need us
If a new battery or a freshly cut key solves it, that is what we will say — it is why customers call back years later.
Questions we get every day
Still not sure? Call (888) 571-4443 — a real dispatcher will tell you what the job involves before anyone is sent out.
How fast can you actually get here?
+
Most calls in our core Maryland, Baltimore and DC coverage are reached in 20 to 40 minutes. When you call, the dispatcher gives you a real window based on where the nearest van is right now — not a marketing number.
What does a locksmith call cost?
+
There is a $49 service call to get a licensed technician and a stocked van to you, and the work itself is quoted on top of that before anything starts. House lockouts start at $65, rekeys at $99, car lockouts at $65. You approve the total price before we begin — no surprises at the end.
Will you have to drill my lock?
+
Almost never. The overwhelming majority of lockouts open by picking or bypassing the cylinder, which leaves the lock fully usable. Drilling is a last resort, we tell you before we do it, and if a cylinder does have to come out we replace it on the spot rather than leaving you with an open door.
Do you actually answer at 3 a.m.?
+
Yes. A live dispatcher answers 24 hours a day, Sunday through Thursday and Saturday, with Friday running 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Emergency lockouts are the core of what we do, and night calls are normal for us.
Are you licensed and insured?
+
Yes. We are a licensed and insured locksmith company operating in the DMV since 2009, and our technicians carry identification. Ask to see it when the van arrives — a legitimate locksmith will never mind being asked.
Can you make a car key if I lost every copy?
+
Yes. All-keys-lost is a normal job for us: we read the key code from the vehicle, cut the blade at your location and program the transponder to the immobiliser, so there is no tow to a dealer. Some makes enforce a security wait — we tell you that up front, not halfway through.

Locked out, or locking something down?
One call reaches a live dispatcher, 24 hours a day. Upfront price before a van moves.
